Currently, orders are delivered as soon as possible. Most local sellers deliver within 1-2 hours of order placement.

You handle your own delivery. Since your customers are nearby (within your delivery area), you can deliver personally or use your own delivery staff.
Go to "My Orders", select the order, and click "Return". Fill in the return reason and the seller will arrange for pickup or you can hand it back during next delivery.
You can cancel your order before it's shipped. Go to "My Orders" and click "Cancel Order". Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Return policies vary by seller and product category. Generally, most products can be returned within 2-7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or not as described.
